Joint IUFRO meeting of IUFRO WP 7.03.13 and 7.03.16: Intersection of Behavioural / Chemical Ecology and Biological Control in Forest Ecosystems
Event Details:
IUFRO is an international network of forest scientists working in a very broad range of research areas, including forest health and the management of invasive species. This will be a joint meeting of two IUFRO working groups, and will focus on research related to the biological control of forest insect pests and pathogens, insect behaviour and chemical ecology related to forest insects, and importantly the meeting will explore the interaction between these different disciplines. The working group meetings are generally not too large (less than 100 people) which allows easier engagement with fellow researchers.
